Welcome to your Sittingbourne Body Sculpt & Tone class. A class that focuses on tightening and toning up those wobbly bits without all those gruesome burpees. Refine, lengthen and strengthen those muscles and joints without constantly jumping around. Keeping our bodies supple as we age. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. A class that offers variety to keep you on your toes and avoid boredom setting in. Beginners & those returning to fitness classes VERY welcome. Thursday evenings 8pm - 9pm The Fitness Centre - Vicarage Rd, Milton Regis, Sittingbourne ME10 2BL Free parking on site - studio is on the left.
