Class / Event Description

Welcome to your Swanley Sassy & Sensual Adults Dance Fun Class. A class that focuses on boosting body confidence mentally & physically, allowing you to explore a new way of dancing, prop play & express yourself in a safe and fun loving environment. The aim is to have such a giggle you'll forget your even working out. Beginners and 2 left feet people VERY welcome. Each month we pick a theme, it could be Burlesque, Theatre, Movies, Belly Dancing, Country, Twerking, Latin, just to name a few. Then a single song is picked to match the theme. Over the 4 week course we break the routine down and learn it together whilst having some fun. So if you have to miss a week don't panic because we will always recap what we have learnt from the week before. Tuesday evenings 8pm - 9pm The Howard Venue, 39 Egerton Avenue, Hextable, Swanley, BR8 7LG - Studio 2 Free parking on site - car park is a one way system Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult - minimum age 15 Cost is £30 for a 4 week course - see below for discounts and savings Clothing can be what ever takes your fancy. Fitness type wear, leggings and tops, fishnets, bodysuits etc as long as you feel comfortable but no long skirts.
